2008!!

Happy New Year! We had a fun night. The kids went to Grandma Winslow's for a sleepover. They had a fun and like always, wish they could go back. They love to play in the Cedar City snow. Mike and I saw a movie and went to the Olive Garden (our favorite place to eat), relaxed for a few hours, then went to First Night. It was set up for the "younger-than-us" groups with skateboarding, Dance-Dance Revolution competitions, and really loud music, but we found a few things to keep us entertained. We saw an improv comedy group that was really funny, watched part of a laser show, and had our free picture taken. It was SO cold (yes, Dad, even here) and so we went home early (11pm) and played Lego Star Wars 2. We heard the fireworks at 12, reminding us it was the New Year, so we kissed then kept playing. How romantic. The next day we decided we are too old to stay up past 10.

Now, we are back to the old routine. Ty is back in school, Mike is working, and Anna keeps me company while everyone else is away. That's pretty much it. Have a great year!

P.S.- Be sure to check the blog next week. We should know what the baby is by Thursday.
