Day numero 4

This is Hayley posting again. Did you miss me? Didn't think so. Anyway, we've been proud parents of 3 for 4 days now. Whew! It's been a crazy week! We've loved it though. It's been an emotional time for me just knowing this is my last little squishy baby and I've been trying to internalize every moment. Brayden was 7 pounds 12 ounces yesterday at the doctors office. He is so healthy. Thank you all for the prayers you have said in our behalf throughout the pregnancy. We felt like we did all we could to ensure that both Brayden and I would be healthy, but I know that it was up to Heavenly Father what the final outcome would be. We truly have been given a blessing with this tiny miracle. Below are some pictures of today. Our days and nights mix together as we take turns being awake and asleep according to Brayden's rules. He owns us now and we shower, eat, sleep, and leave the house only when allowed to do so. It's great. We really, honestly are enjoying it.

The kids have discovered they can get away with a lot more right now, so they are taking advantage of us in every way they can. They're having fun and we could care less what the house looks like right now, so kids, have at it!

Mike is usually the one behind the camera so I thought I'd put one on of him being the wonderful father he is. He's cooking as we speak and he did all the grocery shopping by himself today.

I think he's a little scared of the camera.

The truth is in the t-shirt.
Side note: The natural birth thing was really a lot better than any other birth I've had. My recovery is a lot faster, and Mike was a calm, living medication for me. I wouldn't have been able to get through it without him. And a BIG thanks to Janet for preparing us and Laurie Hansen for delivering our little guy!

What an angel! I'm so glad to see that little Brayden came and you both are so healthy and happy. He is so sweet. I don't know what else to say because he is just amazing. I'm so glad you're okay Hayley! I hope we can make it to the blessing.
