Cabin

We went to Mike's family cabin Sunday afternoon through today. We took the Pfunder family with us and had a BLAST! We had planned on fishing, but it rained on and off all Monday so that kept us out of the water, but it didn't phase the kids one bit. The Pfunder's have 4 kids, 1, 3, 6, and 8. We had our 0, 3, and 5 year olds. Tyson was the only boy (that could walk anyway). Most boys would be mad about this, but not our son. Oh no. He is a ladies man. The news of the canceled fishing trip rolled off their shoulders and we didn't see them most of the time. They were outside creating their own adventures. Mike took them on ATV rides, they marveled over the new baby birds in a nest, watched favorite cartoons (there's satellite up there- not exactly roughing it), fed the CUTE chipmunks, through rocks in the lake, and just over all had a great time. The adults had fun not doing the daily routine. We ate great food made my the manly men (dutch oven and grilled- YUM). We forgot to take our camera so no pictures, sorry. This was our one trip for the summer and we loved the relaxing feeling of being away from home overlooking the beautiful Panguitch Lake. We had a great time with good friends. Thanks Grandpa and Grandma Bradshaw for letting us use the cabin!
