Kite Festival- Woo hoo

YEAH- the Kite Festival was today. This is like Disneyland to my kids. They look forward to it every year. In fact, Tyson mentioned, as we walked onto the grounds, that it looked a lot like Disneyland. Um, ok, sure. So, if you look back at April posts from last year, I'm sure you'll find one about the festival there too. We met Beth and Chad there, spent way too much money on over priced tickets and snow cones, but it was worth it. The wind didn't really cooperate with our kites and we didn't get one flying, but hey, we had fun. the MS Jazz Bands were all playing there too. It was fun listening to them and hearing the kids that Mike will get in his band next year. We are all dead tired now and a bit sunburned, but we had fun :) This was taken at the end. Ty was excited about the picture until we actually had it taken- then he threw a fit (as you can see in the picture). Bray just kept trying to grab the cows ear.
On the bus to the festival. Exciting.

The oh so famous barrel train ride. A favorite.

Fishing for ducks.

Brayden w/ Beth. Bray usually shys away from people, and when he is ok with the person, he takes a half hour or so to warm up then he'll let them hold him. Beth, on the other hand, is his favorite. When he sees her, he reaches out to her and hugs and kisses her. SO cute. He doesn't do that for anyone else with the exception of me and Mike.

Ty was digging and Bray wanted so bad to get down a join his big bro. He crawled over as fast as he could to sit down and copy what Ty was doing.
