Playing Catch up

There are a few things I need to post. First, Anna had GYM DAY at preschool yet again. It was during school and neither Mike nor I could go. We were so sad about it. One of us has been able to attend everything the kids do, but this time we were stuck at school. We called Mikes mom and she went along with Mikes brother. THANK YOU! She would have been so sad if no one had been there for her and we would have officially been the worst parents ever. I have no pictures, but I'll take one of her with her award and post it later.

I have to write about Bountiful Baskets only because I've recently become one of those couponing/deal finding freaks and this is saving us tons of money and we are eating so well. this is a co-op that offers on average $50 worth of produce for $15. You order your basket on Monday then pick it up on Saturday morning. It's amazing what you get for so little. It takes us two weeks to eat everything with a family of 5. I KNOW! Every week extras are offered (like a bread basket, strawberries, mango's, etc) that you can buy with your basket at pretty cheap rates as well. So, if you want any more info just ask and if you want to participate, go to www.bountifulbaskets.org . This is for people who live in AZ, UT, ID, and WY.

Lastly, today was the Kite Festival. We have been going faithfully for a few years now. This year I was dumb enough to forget my camera. We met my sisters and their families there and tried to get some kites in the air. Didn't happen. Ty was able to get an AWESOME kite for all of his reading this year and we scored some kids books for $1 a piece. After we all went to Jumpin Jacks and played which wore everyone out. Now we are all resting. Yay for fun days.

Yay for bountiful baskets! I heard about them from you and looked up their website. They seem so amazing. I wish I could participate. . . someone needs to do it here in Vernal. . . not me - I'm too lazy to organize it.
