Happy #30 Mike!!

I love birthday's. Mike turned 30 this past Sunday so we had to do something special. He hates doing anything special in his name.....especially when it requires other people noticing that he's special. WhatEVER! If I had really wanted to make him miserable, I would have called all of our friends, had everyone buy black balloons, and surprised him in the middle of one of his classes. Now THAT would have been awesome! We still did something awesome just not so embarassing. His mom bought us dinner at Chuck-a-Rama and everyone met there before we got there. He had no idea. I came up behind him and blindfolded him then drove all over town so he would have no clue where we were, then led him into the restaurant. He was embarrassed- especially when he noticed a flash from a camera :) It was great. A number of us pitched in to get him a new grill since his old one busted and we managed to get a candle from the restaurant to put in a piece of cake to sing happy b-day. It was a lot of fun! On his ACTUAL birthday, I got up and made him a very yummy breakfast and we relaxed. It was a fun day. Thanks for getting old Mike! I love you!
