Happy 4th a few days ago. St. George has no parades due to the fact that everyone would die out in the 110 degree weather, so we got up early and went to a parade in Cedar City. They are always funny because the parades consist of one float, dancing groups, and people driving cars and trucks down the road tossing candy out the window. It's not much to see, but who goes to see them anyway? My kids just want the candy. Anna did love the dancing groups though. We played the carnival games that were set up in the park, took a nap at Grandma Winslow's house, then Beth and Chad treated us to a movie. They took the kids to see WALL-E and we took Brayden with us and saw "Get Smart". Both are fabulous movies by the way. We drove home and Mike dropped Brayden and I off at home (this is when I discovered the lack of fish- see the next post) and they saw fireworks. It was a good day. Hope all of you had an equally enjoyable Independence Day.
Sorry, I fixed this picture on my computer and few times and a few different ways, but it would only upload like this. His shirt says "Born in 2008".
