Anna's Cheer leading debut

There was a football game on Friday. Both teams were local and it was a home game for DHHS. Mike's band was playing (of course), but Anna got her own part in it as well. The cheerleaders did a fundraiser this week by holding a camp for girls of all ages. There were 140 girls, the youngest was 2 and the oldest was 16. Anna was in the youngest (and most adorable) group. Even though I am for sure not what you would call a cheerleader, she is very much into it. She rehearsed all week at 4pm and then performed for the crowd at the game during half time. We did her hair super cute and she danced and cheered her heart out. The Governor of Utah was also in attendance at the game and the band played a fanfare I wrote in his honor called "Hail to the Herbert" (his name is Gary Herbert- just thought it was funny). The band did great, DHHS won a very close game, and Anna did wonderful! Above: all the girls waiting their turn.
Brayden just being cute. Every time the band played he got out there and danced.

Mike and his band.

The cutest girl ever after she performed. SO HAPPY!

Here's the video clip of her performance. Loved every second of it!
