This week was pretty much like the last....only no illnesses! Yay! We have been in Cedar working on the show and the kids have been playing. This week was preview week for many of the shows, including ours. The Greenshow also had previews and we took advantage of that. It was fun going sitting on our blanket, eating tarts and suckers, and Anna was chosen to go on stage for a picture! That was the highlight of the week for her. Ours was the first preview for the show- which was yesterday. We had a rehearsal call in the morning which made us a little mad. We are brass players- we can't play all day. It ended up going well, but my chops were tired by the end (as were DJ's and Mike's). I thought the orchestra did an amazing job, however. We really sound tight. Overall, I think the people are decent and they are ALL really great musicians.
We are surprising the kids with a crazy trip! More about it later. So, maybe I'll post something sooner than a week from now. Next week we might actually live at our house. Strange concept.
